Salary range: Based on experience

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of employment law experience
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Experience with discovery, mediation, arbitration, trials, appeals, and settlements
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills for complex issues —providing your unique perspective
  • Ability to manage processes from start to finish

About the role

If hired, you will:

  • Advise clients on a full range of workplace issues including, but not limited to, collective bargaining, contracts, employment standards, executive compensation, human rights, leaves of absence, policies and procedures, professional responsibility, sale of business, termination of employment, tribunals, arbitrations and hearings, union certification and decertification, workplace harassment and violence, and workplace investigations
  • Deliver compassionate and thoughtful advice with integrity
  • Ensuring the overall well-being of our clients and team members, including their intellectual, emotional, financial, and practical needs
