-Location: Toronto
-Hybrid role- onsite twice a week (Usually Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
Monday - Friday Core Business Hours
You will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.
Potential for contract extension and conversion. Responsibilities
● Interprets organizations assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial
objectives.
● Analyze organizations financial status and develops financial plans based on analysis of data.
● Recommend, develop, and implement risk management programs to reduce losses and
insurance costs.
● Research accidents or losses involving company personnel or products.
● Maintain input or data quality of risk management systems.
● Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential investments such as asset types and values,
legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases, or industry segments.
● Produce reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, or recommend
changes. Qualifications
● People Management experience- 5 years
● Data Risk Oversight experience- 8 years
● Data implementation experience- 8 years
● Risk Analyst experience- 8 years
● Risk Assessment experience- 8 years
● Excellent communication skills – At a high level
● Data Retention, Data Deletion, Data Quality, Data Issue Management experience- 8 years
● Agile experience
● MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc- 8 years
● Data Flows and Data Lineage experience- 8 years NICE TO HAVE
● Tech risk experience.
● History of Process improvement in former roles – examples needed.
● Banking & Consulting experience.
● Collibra
● Jira & Confluence
● SharePoint
● Data Management related certifications Summary
