Nazarian Law is a leading law firm that provides comprehensive legal services in Real Estate, Business, Wills & Estates, and Family Law. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of legal service to our diverse client base, guided by our values of excellence, integrity, and respect for our clients and the legal profession.

Produce domestic contracts unique to the client's circumstances (prenuptial and cohabitation agreements)
Provide legal advice concerning family law matters such as divorce, parenting, child support, spousal support, and property settlements.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including but not limited to, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
Conduct legal research to support case preparation and keep current with recent developments in family law.

Licensed to practice law in Ontario.
A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Family Law.
Proficient in legal research tools and software.
