In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for optimizing daily operational performance across various hotel locations. Collaborating closely with General Managers, you will focus on enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for results-driven individuals passionate about hospitality and operational management. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operational activities across hotel properties
- Monitor adherence to brand standards and policies
- Drive performance benchmarks related to service and efficiency
- Conduct on-site assessments of guest experience and service quality
- Analyze feedback to implement corrective actions
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 7-10 years of multi-property hotel operations experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple teams
- Ability to analyze operational data effectively
