Gestion Zagora seeks an experienced Vice President of Operations for its executive leadership team. The role oversees day-to-day operations across a residential property portfolio spanning Montreal, the South Shore, Gatineau, Quebec City, and Cornwall. You will align departments, resources, and operational strategies with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee company-wide operations, efficiency, accountability, and corporate alignment
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies
- Lead department heads and operational teams across the organization
- Manage property leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and administration
- Oversee budgets, expenses, resources, reporting, and compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, real estate, or related field
- Seven to ten years of progressive management experience
- Executive or senior leadership management experience
- Residential property management and multi-site operations knowledge
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, KPI, communication, and decision-making skills
