Lead the compensation strategy for Fairmont & Raffles as the Director in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on overseeing competitive compensation programs aligning with Accor’s North American practices. As the Director of Compensation, you will provide leadership across 110+ luxury properties globally. Collaborate with People and Culture leaders to ensure effective compensation practices that meet market standards. Your expertise will be essential in managing incentive plans, salary surveys, and compensation data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global compensation programs for luxury properties
- Manage full Fairmont & Raffles compensation cycle
- Drive Short-Term Incentive Plan processes
- Serve as a compensation point of contact globally
- Prepare market analyses and respond to data requests
- Minimum 5 years in compensation management role
- University degree in finance, HR, or related field
- Strong understanding of compensation practices
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with high professionalism
