Become a Lead Structures Design Engineer at Bombardier and shape the future of aerospace design. This critical role emphasizes innovative design solutions and technical leadership. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in aerospace engineering and be skilled in developing detailed design definitions and 3D modeling. You will guide structural design processes and collaborate with various teams to maintain high quality and technical standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Create 3D models and structural design concepts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for technical integration
- Support design reviews and manage changes efficiently
- Assist in root-cause analysis for in-service investigations
- Build organizational knowledge through mentoring and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 15 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge of design principles and PLM tools
- Fluent in English and French
- Proven ability to lead and influence technical decisions
