The ideal candidate is a customer-centric, pro-active individual who is looking to join an early-stage technology company and drive growth and innovation. Drive Success at Scale : Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ local businesses, taking full ownership of their success and maintaining a targeted net retention rate.
Regularly lead performance reviews with clients to demonstrate the value of the OneLocal suite, analyze ROI, and align our solutions with their evolving business goals.
Work within a high-performance ecosystem, partnering with Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, Digital Marketing Experts, and Marketing Strategists to ensure seamless handoffs and expert execution.
Anticipate & Solve : Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying potential churn risks or technical hurdles early, ensuring every client reaches their desired outcome.
Champion the Platform : Go above and beyond to ensure clients are fully leveraging the OneLocal platform, turning local business owners into long-term brand advocates.
You've got our customer's best interest in your mind and will do whatever it takes to help them be successful with our solutions
~ Experience working with small & medium businesses is an asset but not required
~ 2 or more years experience as a Client Success Manager / Account Manager in one of the following environments:
~ Marketing Agency
~ Ability to understand customer needs and determine its fit to our product offering
~ Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and turn them into long-term partnerships
~ Familiarity with CRM Platforms, ideally Salesforce
