Sous la responsabilité du chef de l'ingénierie, technologies de l'information, le directeur DevOps sera chargé de superviser les processus de développement et d'exploitation, et d'assurer une collaboration transparente entre les équipes de développement et d'exploitation informatique. Ce rôle implique une planification stratégique, une gestion de projet et un leadership technique pour améliorer l'intégration continue, le déploiement continu, l'automatisation et l'évolutivité de l'infrastructure. Le directeur DevOps travaillera en étroite collaboration avec d'autres chefs de service pour aligner les stratégies DevOps sur les objectifs de l'entreprise, en favorisant un environnement d'innovation et d'efficacité.
Responsabilités : Travailler en partenariat avec la direction générale pour représenter l'équipe DevOps au sein de l'organisation informatique.
Construire une stratégie et une feuille de route pour l'équipe DevOps et prioriser le travail en conséquence.
Promouvoir une culture de l'innovation et de l'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe DevOps et de l'organisation dans son ensemble.
Diriger l'équipe DevOps dans l'établissement et l'exécution de politiques opérationnelles qui favorisent l'agilité et l'évolutivité.
Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques, de développement et de sécurité pour assurer un cycle de développement logiciel transparent, sécurisé et efficace.
Gérer et optimiser les ressources d'infrastructure pour atteindre les objectifs d'évolutivité, de disponibilité et de performance.
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'intégration et de déploiement continus (CI/CD), d'automatisation et de gestion de l'infrastructure en nuage.
Superviser la conception et la gestion des outils automatisés de déploiement, de surveillance et de dépannage.
Favoriser l'adoption des meilleures pratiques en matière de santé du code, de tests et de maintenabilité.
Diriger et encadrer les membres de l'équipe DevOps, en favorisant la croissance et le développement professionnels.

Compétences techniques et expérience :
Licence en commerce, science des données/ingénierie, comptabilité, économie, statistiques, sciences de l'information ou similaire. MBA de préférence, mais pas obligatoire.
Au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'analyse et de la veille stratégique, notamment en ce qui concerne l'architecture technique des entrepôts de données, la modélisation des données, les composants de l'infrastructure, les outils et environnements de reporting et d'analyse, les structures de données et/ou le codage pratique.
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable du personnel dans un environnement technique.
Expérience de la méthodologie Agile et de l'exécution de projets techniques.
Leadership d'équipe démontré : compétences efficaces en matière de gestion d'équipe et de mentorat ; volonté inébranlable et capacité à prendre des initiatives pour essayer de nouvelles idées et résoudre des problèmes commerciaux complexes.
Compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe, avec une expérience avérée en matière de mentorat et de développement d'équipes techniques.
Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication, capables de transmettre des concepts techniques à des parties prenantes non techniques.
Excellentes compétences en matière de communication en français et en anglais.
