Reporting to the Analytics Manager, the Business Intelligence Analyst is a skilled analytical professional who has significant hands-on experience with analysis, reporting, and dashboarding. You will be responsible for creating and developing metrics, identifying opportunities in the business, and shaping the vision for reporting and analysis at OSL.

Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data
Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets and provide easily digestible reports
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Assist in identifying opportunities in the business and works to produce impactful analysis
Develop and build datasets using SQL and creating automated dashboards
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, and segmentation techniques
~ Adept at queries, report writing, data visualization and presenting findings
~ Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL, ETL Framesworks), programming (Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn), and dashboarding (PowerBI, Tableau, or Domo).
~ BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or Mathematically focused degree
