We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Freight & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with carriers, managing shipment bookings, overseeing financial aspects of logistics, and supporting our third-party warehousing needs. Identify and onboard new carriers to expand our network and enhance our shipping capabilities.
Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers to secure favorable terms.
Coordinate and manage all internal shipment bookings to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Assist in the development and management of our third-party warehousing needs.
Evaluate and select third-party warehousing partners that meet our storage and distribution requirements.
Coordinate inventory management and ensure accurate tracking of goods stored in third-party warehouses.


Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in logistics, freight coordination, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of carrier management, shipping processes, and third-party logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize logistics operations.
