Our talented team of multi-disciplinary creators, marketers and strategists have one thing in common: the desire to bring our products to all users who want to broaden the limits to their imagination.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing company operations, project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thriveAnalyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancementImplement business strategies and plans that align with the short and long term objectives developed in tandem with CEOMeasuring and analyzing current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategyDeveloping actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEOStrategically managing, organizing, and coordinating employees from different departments and locations to ensure efficiencyImplementing financial procedures and organizational policies and programs to drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass the industry averageAssessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with managementBuilding and maintaining relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholdersQualifications: Five or more years of experience in executive leadership rolesAbility to motivate, organize, and respond to employees of many different areas of expertiseExcellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity Excellent business and budget-planning skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to adapt to changing environmentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issuesDue to the high volume of applications, we receive, only those shortlisted will be contacted.
