include delivering a complex, regulated technology program and shaping the engineering roadmap. The ideal candidate will have expertise in blockchain architecture and strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and define the Digital Assets engineering team
• Own the roadmap and manage delivery execution
• Govern material architecture and establish quality standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead vendor relationships and technical assessments
Requirements:
• 12+ years technology experience, 5+ in senior roles
• Strong knowledge of blockchain and digital assets
• Familiarity with regulated environments, especially banking
• Proven strategic delivery skills and budget management
