As the Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to represent the Canadian Energy brand. At Canadian Energy, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide customers with the best products and the highest level of customer service. Hire, supervise and manage your subsidiary, distribution and administrative team. Manage morale in the Branch by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers.
Supervise the facilities, health and safety, vehicles and equipment of its subsidiary
Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated positioning strategies to increase company brand exposure.
Report and analyze the financial health of your subsidiary using its income statement and key performance indicators.
Plan and manage branch inventory.
Provide complete, accurate and on-time reporting of key performance metrics established for the Branch. 5+ years of experience in management or supervisory roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
~ A class 5 driving license.
~ Technical background; experience in the automotive industry is an asset.
~ Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
~ Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and Adobe Products.
~ Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
~ Extended Health and Dental Plan.
