- Own revenue, margin, and billable hours for the sub-region
- Develop and execute sub-region business plans
- Maximize LCS account share and delivery performance
- Lead employee engagement, mentoring, and development
- Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of leadership in industrial automation
- Strong financial management expertise
- Proven organizational performance capabilities
- Ability to influence across matrixed organizations
