About the Role: As a Cladding Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing precise and competitive tenders for large-scale commercial and industrial building envelope projects. You'll play a key role in Bothwell's continued growth by identifying cost efficiencies and collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates and cost breakdowns for cladding and façade systems. Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and materials. Conduct value engineering to optimize design and cost outcomes. Support project teams with handover documentation and project transitions. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in cladding or façade estimating. Strong understanding of architectural metals, panels, and envelope assemblies. Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, OST, or similar). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Diploma/Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
