Ensuring safety is a priority to self, fellow workers, the general public and the assets of the company and following policies and procedures set out by the company
Daily walk around inspection if machine, general housekeeping of machine and minor repairs to machine when necessary to ensure safe operation 
Effective communication skills including listening, writing and speaking
•Minimum 6 months experience on working on railway or construction industry is required
•Previous machine operator experience is an asset
•Full Class G driver’s license required
•Basic mechanical aptitude required 
•BMO training required
