Reporting to the Lab Supervisor in the Mill Technical Development Department, the incumbent will be accountable for the following:
Since you will be engaging multiple partners across our site, strong communication and interpersonal skills will be vital.
Be a Courageous Safety Leader, through promotion and adherence to established Safety and Environmental policies and procedures;
Data entry into Excel spreadsheets on a continuous basis;
Physical preparation of samples involving crushing, pulverizing, splitting and mixing of Mine and Mill samples;
Conduct On-Stream-Analyzer calibration sampling and circuit survey sampling work
BCIT Chemical Sciences Technology diploma (or equivalent);
Able to pay attention to detail and review large sets of data;
Valid BC driver's license (class 7N minimum) or equivalent.
