IT Procurement Administrator

Our Client has an immediate need for one (1) full-time Procurement Administrator to join the Office of the CIO team.
Location: 100% Onsite in Regina, SK.
Term: February 3, 2020 to February 5, 2021 with possible extension
This role will focus on procuring software and services for IT. They will be responsible for the purchase of net new software/subscriptions, the renewal of software maintenance and subscriptions, and the cancellation of any software/subscriptions no longer required. They will also manage the contracting of net new consultants through Statements of Work (SOW's) and the renewal of consultant SOW's by working with various business units and vendors. This role will also work with the business to publish Requests for Resources (RFR's), gather submissions, and work with the business to schedule interviews for the short listed candidates. Additional duties will include tracking all the above information within ServiceNow, determining what contracts need to be renewed by when, and the process to renew/terminate those contracts. This role will also be responsible for processing the associated software and/or consultant invoices. This person will work within our already established IT Sourcing and Procurement group as part of the Office of the CIO, and closely with the IT Vendor Relationship Managers.
Required Skills:
• Solid understanding of IT software and services procurement, and contract types
• Experience processing purchase orders, SOW's and invoices
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
• Very personable
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities at the same time with ease
• Experience with ServiceNow is an asset, but not required
