Reporting to the Site Manager, the Supervisor is accountable for the overall safety, security, efficiency, and cost-effective management of their team. On-site parking;
* Must be available for all shifts.
*Ensure timely scheduling of training and development for team members;
* Promote an operating culture of exceptional value through quality and efficient service delivery;
* Understand and achieve all required targets for safety, customer satisfaction, financial and operating performance;
* Manage team accountability and performance to maximize efficiency, ensuring that the targeted profitability is achieved;
* Utilize ADP for timesheets, data entry, and payroll;
* Automotive paint manufacturing or industrial cleaning experience is considered an asset;
* Possesses a valid Ontario Driver’s License;
