We're searching for highly skilled Software Engineers to join our dynamic team. We're looking for someone who can bring their expertise in developing and maintaining full-stack applications, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of fintech. You can expect to:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications, handling both frontend and backend components.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, optimizing applications for maximum performance and usability.
Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
Implement and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services to support application functionalities.
Work with modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies to build intuitive user interfaces and scalable server-side functionalities.
Proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations, contributing ideas to improve application performance and user experience.

Hard Requirements
~5+ years working on production web applications

~ Can be autonomous and solve problems independently

~ Keen interest in working on crypto or other financial products

~ Excellent SQL skills and deep understanding of JavaScript/Typescript or Go

~ Strong written and oral communication skills

~ Have a passion for writing tests

Bonus Skills
~ Strong understanding of React

~ Have worked with large ETL pipelines and complex workflows

~ Have worked with different blockchains or tools in the web3 ecosystem

~ You enjoy working in startups and have been part of a team during its growth stage

Location: Toronto preferred, will consider Remote (Canada)
Compensation: $180K - $220K CAD OTE (plus equity)
