Lead large-scale construction delivery with contract management and civil project expertise at Ledcor, working full-time onsite in Pickering or Caledon. Support major commercial construction through every phase.
Ledcor seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years managing complex projects for a major general contractor. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across structural, civil, M&E, and architectural scopes. The work requires planning, client communication, contract interpretation, and construction execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts, timelines, budgets, safety, quality, and staffing needs
- Coordinate designers, technical teams, discipline managers, and clients
- Develop execution plans for staging, materials, subcontracting, and equipment
- Oversee construction progress, productivity, quality, safety, budget, and schedule
- Prepare progress reports and resolve roadblocks proactively
Requirements:
- 10+ years managing large, complex industrial, commercial, or institutional projects
- Post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field
- Full-cycle major project experience across structural, civil, M&E, and architectural scopes
- Experience with Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
- Valid driver’s license and clean abstract
