- Mentor and develop the accounting operations team
- Enhance accounting processes and drive automation initiatives
- Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to meet objectives
- 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proven leadership in expense operations and procurement
- Track record of building high-performing teams
- Experience fostering relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; CPA preferred
