Brampton Mitsubishi is seeking a result oriented Financial Services Manager with strong leadership skills to join our dynamic team. Act as liaison between the customer and the financial institution by obtaining confirmation of financing, insurance, licensing, and other personal information for customers.
Prepare credit applications for all customers and provide alternate solutions for customers who are not immediately approved for financing.
Engage with customers to up-sell financing, extended warranty, insurance, and chemical options with all customers in order to increase customer satisfaction as well as dealership profit.
Analyze credit reports in order to recognize a conventional deal and turnover accordingly.
Prepare cost special finance deals, along with the profit sheets.
Coordinate with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
Attend weekly meetings with the Sales Manager and the General Sales Manager and give updates on current performance status along with current areas of opportunity.
Train Sales Consultants on finance, insurance, and protection products.
Be knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.
Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in an automotive or financial services environment.
Minimum of 1-2 years Dealer Financial Service experience.
Dealer CRM system experience is required.
Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
Knowledge of financial institutions, insurance policies, and warranty options.
Ability to read, understand, and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commissions.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
Strong computer skills, proficient in G-suite and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in an automotive or financial services environment.
