Be a key player at Epiq as a Senior AI Platform Engineer, focusing on advanced AI solutions in a flexible and innovative environment. This is a senior individual contributor role where you will leverage your expertise to build and optimize AI platform capabilities. Key responsibilities include writing production code, mentoring engineers, and defining APIs and data contracts for product teams. Your impact will be felt across our Toronto, US, and India teams, driving high-quality outputs in legal technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own AI platform capabilities
- Design retrieval systems for large document collections
- Develop shared platform services for optimization
- Establish evaluation frameworks for system performance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with data requirements
- Bachelor's or master's in computer science or related field
- 7+ years of production software experience
- Strong Python skills; TypeScript proficiency
- Familiarity with distributed systems and data processing
- Excellent communication for technical documentation
