We are looking to hire an eager and experienced Route Sales Representative to be responsible for all aspects of product distribution on behalf of Coldhaus Direct Inc. customers, providing quality on-site customer service functions to accounts. This position would be supporting sales teams in driving revenue through sales by building displays and completing pre generated drops supporting heavier volume days.
Operating a Delivery Truck (G or D Class) and handheld invoicing system to load products from the warehouse into the Delivery Truck and delivering packaged beverage products to established accounts.
· Merchandising and support to retail stores
· On-site customer service
· Carrying-out CVOR safety inspections of the delivery vehicle, and correctly loading it with product and point of sale materials
· Perform pre-trip inspections, daily logs and reporting to ensure fleet standards are met
· Managing inventory by keeping accurate records that are reconciled daily
· Recording delivery information, obtaining customers' signatures, and following all appropriate company policies and procedures
· Travel overnight stays may be required depending on route coverage.
Minimum of one to three-years' delivery experience, and Secondary-school education is preferred
· Must be comfortable with driving larger assets (20ft-26ft trucks)
· Customer service skills and ability to handle rejection.
