We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to join our Consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions that streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiencies, and contribute to the digital transformation journeys of our diverse client base. Our team members work within aproject team led by the Program Lead and Project Lead.


Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and identify automation opportunities
Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and optimization
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation workflows
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to RPA processes and solutions
Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed RPA bots
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in RPA and Microsoft Power Platform technologies
Toqualify for a TN1 Visa, a Canadian Passport ismandatory as our work is predominately throughout NorthAmerica. Due to the requirements of a TN1 Visa,candidates with a work permit or with a permanentresident status does not qualify. A US Passport is an alternative.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
Previous experience of 4-5 years in RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform is required
Strong programing skills in languages such as Python, C#, PowerBI, and SQL
Experience in UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism are a plus 
Experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
Microsoft Certified: Acollaborative mentality with a positive and encouragingattitude, willing to help the team out beyond assigned duties
