We’re hiring a TF/CM technician with a focus on troubleshooting when it comes to CBM and TF tech issues.

Required Skills
  • Conducting TAS (technology awareness sessions)
  • Submission of documented tech case studies
  • CPA and BSO management
  • DSM regarding improvements
  • Monitoring FTE resources
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, visually, and have great presentation skills in English
  • CBM and TF analysis and audits
Will Be A Plus
  • Advanced English and analyst certification is a must
