This allows hosts to better manage the operational complexities of scaling a hospitality business while increasing profit per guest.Job Description:At Enso Connect, we are on a path to supporting thousands of vacation rental businesses to transform the travel experience for their guests.To get there, we need an ambitious product leader who can help us build a category-leading product. We are looking for someone who has experience leading transformational product initiatives for high-growth SaaS businesses.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work end-to-end on our product across the customer journey. You will define the product strategy, own the product roadmap, and collaborate with a talented team of designers, marketers, and engineers to bring that vision to life.Your focus will not just be on planning and building the best product, but also on improving our three core benefits for customers: increasing revenue per guest, boosting 5-star bookings, and creating more time-saving efficiencies. These KPIs will guide your strategic product decisions.This position is ideal for someone who resonates with our mission and is eager to elevate Enso Connect to new heights. It offers significant potential for a driven individual to advance to a senior leadership role within our organization.What You’ll Work On:Set a clear, coherent strategy and roadmap for accelerating the adoption of our platform, with measurable goalsDrive consensus around vision, priorities, and decisions within a cross-functional teamInterview our customers to deeply understand their needs and pain pointsAnalyze product and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize features to launchOptimize for execution velocity by making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resourcesWrite up systems, resources, and documents to educate new and existing customers, as well as internal team membersRequirements:You have at least 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment at a SaaS-based technology companyYou know how to earn trust from and lead a cross-functional team of designers and engineers to ship amazing products at scaleYou have a history of excellence and impactful work, with tangible examples of products you’ve builtYou’re excited by the idea of talking directly with customers and deeply understanding their problems to craft solutionsYou're data-obsessed and know how to turn data into insights using tools like Excel, SQL, Looker, etc.You communicate clearly and concisely, both visually and in writing, with experience managing various stakeholdersYou're comfortable navigating ambiguity to solve problems without well-defined directionNice to Haves:Software engineering experience, a degree in computer science or engineering, or similar technical background is a plusLocated in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)Benefits:Full medical, dental, and vision benefitsCompetitive compensationStock option grantIncredible culture driven by a highly collaborative and high-performing teamSignificant impact at an early-stage technology companyHybrid work structure with our office located in Toronto
