We’re looking for our next Director, Marketing Analytics & Insights. This role will ensure data consistency, implement analytics best practices, and draw meaningful insights to inform business decisions and improve overall customer experiences and marketing effectiveness across the enterprise.


What’s it like working as Director, Marketing Analytics & Insights at Questrade?


Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Analytics & Insights is a key member of the marketing leadership team and will lead all customer analytics and insights initiatives across the enterprise. Define customer segmentation to bolster Questrade’s ability to tailor marketing campaigns, product offerings, and customer experiences to specific customer segments
Leveraging data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, measure marketing effectiveness, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
Create and manage key marketing reports and dashboards
Accountable for a team who will track and analyze web analytics and funnel conversion data to gain insights into customer behaviours, website performance, and campaign effectiveness
Key contributor, along with other stakeholders, to provide input to QFG data management practices and analytics toolset environment
Be an analytics advocate, foster collaboration with other analytics functions, drive data-driven decision making

~ Lead, coach and develop data science leaders and analysts
Manage and evaluate performance through regular communication, feedback and semi-annual reviews
Address any performance or behavioural concerns as needed
So are YOU our next Director, Marketing Analytics & Insights? 8-10 years of progressive experience in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years at a senior level.
~ Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team of data science professionals.
~ Master’s degree/diploma in STEM related field
~ Familiarity with SAS, Julia and Python
Data management concepts, ERD fluency
