As a result of our robust growth, we are expanding our team of Harvest Professionals. Reporting to the Harvest Manager, the duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of safety, quality, and accuracy. As a leader of the harvest crew, you must be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met. Minimum of a Fishing Master III
