ABA Connections is dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services to children and families impacted by an Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other mental health or behavioural challenges based on the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Job Title: Senior ABA Therapist
Job Type: Full-Time; Permanent
Schedule: 30-37.5 hours per week; some evening/weekend work may be required

Job Description
As a Senior ABA Therapist, responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
~ Conduct assessments of client skills using relevant assessment tools provided by the Employer and under the supervision of a Senior Therapist and/or Clinical Supervisor
Design, implement, and oversee client programming, goals, and objectives under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor
Collect skill acquisition and behavioural data including, but not limited to: cold-probe, frequency, rate, manding, direction, and ABC Data
Create and organize materials needed for client programming
Communicate effectively with client families in person and in writing regarding client’s session
Tidy and organize therapy areas and materials after each client session
Complete client session notes and consultation notes
Attend regular clinical supervision meetings with the Clinical Supervisor to review client programming and progress
Facilitate Team Meetings and Trainings
Assist in the facilitation of training and oversight for Junior ABA Therapists, ABA Therapists, Lead Therapists, Senior Therapist Assistants, and volunteers.
Monitor ABA Therapist productivity and meet regularly with therapists for productivity reviews
Adhere to the policies and procedures as listed in the ABA Connections: Employee Handbook
Complete other tasks assigned by the Clinical Supervisor, or Management
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Disability Studies, Child Studies or another relevant field (required)
Master's degree in Applied Disability Studies or Applied Behaviour Analysis (preferred)
Possess or be working towards BCBA or BCaBA certification (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of direct experience delivering ABA/IBI therapy (required)
Experience with assessment, report writing, parent training, and data analysis (highly preferred)
Experience managing challenging behaviours including, but not limited to, aggression, elopement, self-harm, and sensory-related behaviours (required)
Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (highly preferred)
First Aid/CPR (required)
