The Pump Technician will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for assisting the Pump Coordinator(s) with fluid end repair and maintenance. The Pump Technician will focus on general labour duties in the pump shop while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Work safely in accordance with all company safety policies, procedures, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
Assist with equipment and iron testing after repairs and maintenance have been completed
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with Calfrac’s policies, procedures, and regulations
Operate the forklift when required
Flexible to work a variety of shifts (shift work, day shift)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Work and inspire others to work at high performance levels
Able to work alone and willingness to work with others respectfully and professionally in a team environment, with reasonable instructions, training, and supervision
Basic computer skills would be beneficial to this position (Microsoft Office Suite)
Basic mechanical aptitude
Class 5 driver's license required (Class 1 driver’s license preferred)
