Your new company Hays has partnered with a development company who have over 50 years of development and construction expertise in the residential space. They are respected from land acquisition to design and construction.

The open role is for a Finishing Superintendent (Assistant Superintendent) who can lead the seamless execution of high-rise condominium finishing phases, ensuring impeccable quality and adhering to project timelines. They will collaborate with teams, enforce safety protocols and exceed client expectations for a beautiful project completion. They will conduct regular inspection ensuring the highest of quality standards for finishing are met and in line with building codes and safety standards. They will handle scheduling of activities, oversee procurement and delivery of finishing materials, while communicating effectively with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders. The successful Finishing Superintendent - High Rise will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role within high rise construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area. They will understand quality and be able to point out deficiencies. The Finishing Superintendent will have a thorough understanding of construction methods, scheduling and finishing techniques. Finally, they will thoroughly understand Ontario Building code, be capable of performing layouts and be proficient with site software including Microsoft applications.

The successful candidate for this Finishing Superintendent role will receive a base salary, bonus, car allowance and vacation.
