This is a part-time position which requires flexible availability. If you are passionate about women’s fashion, enjoy working in sales and would love a 50% discount on Suzanne’s merchandise, we want to hear from you*WHY JOIN US** Competitive wages that reflect your skills & experience* 50% discount – we want to make it easy for you to build your own stylish wardrobe* Commission structure - we reward you for great sales* We love to promote from within; professional development & career opportunities available.* Top of the industry training program to help you excel in your position.* We are a fun and passionate team of fashion enthusiasts.*RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide guests with a personalized shopping experience and excellent customer service.* Greet and assist customers using Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence.* Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system.* Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets.* Perform opening and closing duties.* Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store.* Stay up to date on Suzanne’s fashion trends and merchandise arrivals.* Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base.*REQUIREMENTS** Previous sales experience in women’s retail fashion with the ability to work unsupervised.* *Able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends*.* Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties.* Customer service oriented.* Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.* Friendly positive and outgoing personality.* Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset.* Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register.* Punctual and reliable.*Please note, only candidates who answer the pre-screen questions will be considered.*Other titles for this role: women’s retail associate, fashion salesperson, clothing sales_*.*_Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.75 per hourExpected hours: 8 – 12 per weekBenefits:* Store discountDay range:* Holidays* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededShift:* Day shift* Evening shiftWork setting:* Apparel storeApplication question(s):* Where do you usually shop for your wardrobe needs?* Is there anything that would prevent you from fulfilling the requirements of this role?
