Le titulaire du poste agit en tant qu'expert de la catégorie en supportant les besoins d’affaires à l’aide des données des détaillants (POS), des tendances consommateurs et leurs comportements en magasin afin de proposer des actions concrètes et applicables pour Keurig Canada et ses partenaires. Il ou elle assure l’alignement avec les départements Stratégies Commerciales & Marketing pour élaborer des recommandations pour nos clients démontrant notre expertise de catégorie et maximisant nos volumes et profits mutuels. La personne relèvera du Chef d’équipe, Gestion de catégories.
Responsable de présenter les tendances de marchés et la compétitivité des produits (analyse 4P) permettant d’élaborer des stratégies et tactiques qui stimuleront la croissance des ventes de la catégorie des détaillants et de Keurig Canada;
Dirige les analyses provenant des différentes sources (ex. Nielsen, NPD) incluant les bases de données des détaillants (ex. Analyse, prépare et présente les recommandations de marchandisages (planogrammes, étalages, etc.) Suggère les améliorations au processus de traitement des données (plus efficace, plus rapide) favorisant la prise de décision et le développement de l’expertise de catégorie;
Supporte les ventes pour toute autre demande d’analyse clients.
Diplôme d’études universitaires en marketing, administration ou tout autre domaine pertinent ;
Logiciel de planogramme (JDA/Blue Yonder Space Planning)
Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de catégorie dans les biens de consommation, préférablement en alimentation;
Expérience avec les bases de données (POS, loyauté) des détaillants (ex. Excellente connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Powerpoint) ;
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout
Esprit d’analyse et critique développé;
Excellente gestion du temps et des priorités;
Capable de jongler avec plusieurs sources de données et d’en synthétiser l’information afin de bâtir une histoire.
