Job Responsibilities
  1. Develops working relationships with internal stakeholders
  2. Delivers business related projects to time/cost/quality targets
  3. Manage and implement the assigned projects from inception through to completion
  4. Adheres to Project Management governance standards in relation to Project
  5. Assesses and manages Project elements: risk, budget, scope, change management and change control, reporting, and end benefit realization
  6. Development and management of KPI’s
  7. Manage and develop team members to attain project goals and KPI’s
  8. Partners with multiple internal and external stakeholders, working in collaboration, to implement strategy/programs/initiatives
  9. Tracks project progress, escalating risks and issues
  10. Builds and maintains project plans and budget, ensuring key milestones are identified, risks and issues logged and resources in place
  11. Produces and maintains project documentation, status reports and associated collateral
  12. Leads project team and working group meetings
  13. Develops and delivers stakeholder engagement and integration of adjacent buildings including constructive stakeholder relationships across the business
  14. Delivers continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned. Drives transformational change
  15. Establish and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including the project team, client executives, key stakeholders, and Operations
  16. Collaborates with stakeholders/sponsors to ensure alignment and shared understanding of dependencies
  17. Reviews post implementation of projects and ensures findings are applied in future projects
  18. Provides performance management, technical & career development and coaching
  19. Oversee ongoing quality control, participate in quality issue resolution, and manage internal quality control checks for the project
  20. Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project and program life cycle
  21. Complete any tasks assigned by Project Management V or higher in an efficient and timely manner

Qualifications

Required Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Management

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Licenses OR Certifications: Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of prevailing Project Management methods
  • Extensive knowledge of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Project Management software
  • Must maintain professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices
  • Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
  • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
  • Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment
  • Proven capacity to anticipate, identify, and minimize risks
  • Expert ability to detect, capitalize, and be sensitive to others' strengths
  • Demonstrated capability to supervise, delegate, and develop capacity
  • Tact to perceive and ameliorate conflict and tension
  • Effectively leads multi-resource Project Management teams
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment by ensuring effective teamwork, promotion of innovation, and overall excellence
  • Demonstrated functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
  • Proven success in providing on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
