Relevant de la Gestionnaire contrôle qualité, le/la Spécialiste qualité-Entrepôt aura la responsabilité du suivi des programmes et activités nécessaires au maintien des normes qualités de l’entrepôt. La personne retenue assurera le maintien de la documentation générées par les activités de réception, d’entreposage et d’échantillonnage en plus d'apporter son support à l’équipe en s’assurant de la qualité des produits et de leur conformité selon les résultats d’analyses des laboratoires et les dossiers de lots des manufacturiers.

Principales tâches et responsabilités

  • Évaluer les données générées par le système de contrôle automatique du bâtiment (BAS) et initier les processus d’investigation lorsque des excursions sont présentes;
  • Rédiger et s'assurer de l'exécution des protocoles de qualification/validation et émettre les rapports pour les appareils de surveillance/contrôle de température/humidité ;
  • Maintenir les évidences de calibration/maintenance préventive des équipements et coordonner les services de calibrations avec les différents fournisseurs de services ;
  • Gérer le plan d’extermination (rongeurs et insectes) et maintenir le registre à jour ;
  • Participer à la rédaction des fiches d’emballage pour opérations tertiaires sur le reconditionnement à l’interne de présentoirs et/ou autres produits voués aux produits de santés naturels (NHP) ;
  • Gérer/exécuter la gestion des échantillons de réserve et assurer l’entreposage adéquat de ceux-ci;
  • Effectuer des investigations liées aux non-conformités ou déviations et émettre les rapports associés;
  • Effectuer la relâche des produits par la revue des dossiers de lots ;
  • Effectuer les inspections visuelles des produits finis réceptionnés;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes exigées par sa supérieure immédiate.
  • Détenir minimum cinq (5) ans d’expérience similaire en contrôle qualité dans le domaine pharmaceutique ;
  • Détenir un Baccalauréat en sciences (chimie, biochimie, pharmacologie) ;
  • Excellente connaissance et maîtrise du concept qualité, des processus de fabrication, de la nature des produits pharmaceutiques, des pharmacopées et des réglementations BPF ;
  • Bonne maitrise du français et de l’anglais oral et principalement écrit afin de pouvoir échanger avec les partenaires de Mantra Pharma (majorité sont hors Québec et ne parlent que l’anglais) ;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office, système ERP.

  • Excellentes compétences d’organisation, de gestion du temps et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ;
  • Capacité à travailler de façon indépendante et à prendre des décisions fondées sur le jugement et l’intégrité.
