Who You Are: As a DC Planning & Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for facilitating effective decision-making and business operational performance by analyzing metrics and designing reports that impact planning and distribution center operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for data gathering and analysis, help develop end-user performance reporting to drive improvement opportunities across the supply chain and DC Operations. What You’ll Do: Supply Chain and DC Operations Reporting Activities Develop strong working relationships at all levels (floor leadership, Supervisors and Senior Management) to ensure overall project satisfaction and to manage expectations regarding reporting functionality and deliverables. Support project scopes, goals, communications, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project team members, IT teams and all stakeholders. Field operation requests to produce desired report/metric/dashboard in Tableau. These include departmental and individual employee productivity metrics, exception reports. Anticipate operational and strategic needs utilizing various reporting tools to develop KPIs that drive decision making. Synchronize reporting from multiple sources with sound ETL logic to support operations. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot databases and ensure accuracy of data and reporting deliverables. Contribute to and support the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions, KPIs and performance metrics. Ensure accuracy of data and reporting deliverables across all stakeholders. Participate in DC, Logistic, and Business Planning calls and communicate key data points to all levels of leadership. Business Analytics Activities: Gather and documents business/technical requirements, developing Business required documents for IT development. Assist in regular root cause analysis to identify and maintain data quality. Develop and maintain SOPs. Support end user training sessions and workshops. Partner closely with the Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Engineering groups to work through system issues and to identify/implement process improvements. You’ll Need to Have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. 0-2 year of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or Data Analytics environment. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel with ability to model data and utilize advance functions (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Graphs & Charts). Familiar with SQL, VBA, Python. Experience with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau Preferred). Excellent understanding and use of Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams. We’d Love to See: Analytical and modeling skills as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas and datasets graphically. Ability and flexibility to work with multiple systems and produce coherent and exhaustive reporting. Excellent critical thinking, project management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrate a high level of intellectual curiosity combined with a results-driven mindset. Highly self-motivated and strong problem-solving skills including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Strong communication and financial skills. Bilingual (French/English). Ability to combine strong quantitative skills with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to think pragmatically and drive execution of concepts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Soutenir la définition des objectifs, la communication et les livrables des projets en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe, les équipes TI et toutes les parties prenantes. Répondre aux demandes opérationnelles pour produire les rapports/indicateurs/tableaux de bord souhaités dans Tableau (productivité individuelle et départementale, rapports d’exception). Anticiper les besoins opérationnels et stratégiques en utilisant divers outils de reporting pour développer des ICP (KPI) qui orientent la prise de décision. Synchroniser les rapports provenant de multiples sources avec une logique ETL fiable pour soutenir les opérations. Développer, maintenir et dépanner les bases de données, en garantissant l’exactitude des données et des livrables de reporting . Contribuer à la conception et à la livraison de rapports et d’analyses sur les fonctions, ICP (KPI). Assurer l’exactitude des données et des livrables de reporting pour toutes les parties prenantes. Participer aux appels de planification pour le centre de distribution, la logistique et planifications, et communiquer les données clés à tous les niveaux de direction. Activités d’analytique d’affaires Recueillir et documenter les exigences métier/techniques, développer la documentation requise pour le développement TI. Contribuer aux analyses régulières de causes profondes afin d’identifier et de maintenir la qualité des données. Développer et maintenir des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP). Soutenir les sessions de formation et ateliers pour les utilisateurs finaux. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes TI, BI et Ingénierie pour résoudre les problèmes systèmes et identifier/implémenter des améliorations de processus. Ce qu’il vous faut Diplôme de baccalauréat en génie, analytique d’affaires, administration des affaires, informatique ou domaine connexe. 0 à 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet, consultation ou analytique de données. Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel (modélisation de données, fonctions avancées, Power Query, tableaux croisés dynamiques, graphiques). Connaissance de SQL, VBA, Python. Expérience en entrepôt de données et outils de BI (Tableau privilégié). Excellente maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office : Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams. Atouts recherchés Compétences analytiques et de modélisation, capacité à communiquer des idées et ensembles de données complexes de façon graphique. Flexibilité pour travailler avec plusieurs systèmes et produire des rapports cohérents et exhaustifs. Excellentes compétences en pensée critique, gestion de projet, communication et présentation. Grande curiosité intellectuelle combinée à un esprit orienté résultats. Forte autonomie et compétences en résolution de problèmes, capacité à gérer et prioriser plusieurs projets. Compétences en communication et en finance. Bilinguisme (français/anglais). Capacité à combiner des compétences quantitatives solides avec d’excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles.
