We are hiring for a dynamic logistics company experiencing rapid growth, headquartered in Montreal . We specialize in customized logistics solutions across ground, air, sea, and intermodal services. Logistics Coordinator
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-growing sales team . Perform data entry for import/export documentation.
Coordinate and communicate with various departments and logistics partners .
Work closely with carriers to resolve logistics challenges.
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service.
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
Knowledge of the 3PL logistics/transportation industry (required).

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) Logistique pour soutenir notre équipe des ventes en pleine croissance . Vous serez responsable de la gestion des opérations post-vente en garantissant une communication efficace entre les équipes internes et les clients.

Effectuer la saisie de données pour les documents d’import/export.
Assurer la coordination et la communication avec les différents départements et partenaires logistiques .
Vérifier que tous les documents d’expédition respectent les politiques internes.
Collaborer avec les transporteurs pour résoudre les problèmes logistiques.
Minimum 1 an d’expérience en logistique, transport ou service client.
Français et anglais courants (écrit et oral).
Connaissance du secteur logistique/transport 3PL (obligatoire).

Formation Complète – Développement des compétences et apprentissage continu.
