The Plant Manager is a senior-level professional responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of the Factory . This role involves coordinating production processes, ensuring quality control, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

What you will do:

  • Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the factory, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate staff activities, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to maximize productivity, safety, and product quality.
  • Establish and monitor metrics, performance targets, and key performance indicators for effective return on assets.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and safe working environment.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff as needed.
  • Maintain and manage the factory's facilities and equipment, overseeing repairs or replacements when necessary.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 7+ years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for operating a Plant.
  • Strong understanding of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control, and program management.
  • Familiarity with safely and efficiently operating manufacturing equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and managerial attributes.
  • Proficient with software applications and computer technology.
