Join CIMA+'s Building Mechanics team, and work on our projects in the Abitibi region. As a drafting technician, you'll work on various regional and provincial projects of all sizes, in the residential, commercial and institutional sectors.
You'll be able to work mostly in a hybrid mode, i.e. from the office closest to your residence and from home.
Participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications for building mechanics
Design models and plans using Revit and AutoCAD software, from 2D to 3D
Monitor the preparation and quality of plans
Perform site surveys and drawing
Conduct site visits to collect data
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in building drafting or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in building engineering
Relevant drafting experience on mechanical building projects
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
Proficiency in spoken and written French
Valid driver's license
