Vice President of Revenue

Harvard Media is on the lookout for a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven Vice President of Revenue for our Saskatchewan operations. In this pivotal role, you will be steering the revenue generation ship, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, and embodying our core values and guiding principles in every action and strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve outstanding results while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, encouraging creativity and forward-thinking.
• Ensure all revenue activities align with our core values, emphasizing integrity, customer satisfaction, and community impact.

Essential Knowledge and Skills :

• Proven track record of over 15 years in revenue generation and sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Data-driven decision making DNA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Deep understanding of the Saskatchewan market, especially Agriculture and the communities we serve throughout the province. You know that Eyebrow & Elbow are villages and not just body parts.
