We are currently seeking CNC Operators (incl Day; Afternoon and Weekend shifts) to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CNC operations, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities & Accountabilities Perform cutting operations according to CNC programs and customer specifications Read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop floor Operate CNC machines and hand tools safely and efficiently Adhere to all company policies and participate in health & safety initiatives Perform other duties as required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience operating CNC machines in the aluminum industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings Familiarity with AutoCAD Solid working knowledge of mathematical functions Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
