Lead strategics projects deployment and support departments in the implementation of the work breakdown structure.
# Manage projects budget and assess teams’ capacity to meet deadlines.
# Manage complex problems solving and implement process improvements.
# Structure the scope, the kick-off and the governance of your project.
# Coordinate project review and executive governance with the leadership team.
# Communicate the project status to stakeholders and upper management.
# Synthesize and document project strategies and solutions.
# Work as a team with all functions (Engineering, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production, Quality).
# Understand the technical parameters and performance indicators of your project results (ex.: cycle time, response time, capacity, etc.).

You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial engineering preferred) or business administration.
# You have at least ten (10) to twelve (12) years’ experience in Industrial Engineering or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment.
# You have proficiency over project management methodology.
# You have a knack for simplifying information and are comfortable presenting to upper management.
# You are flexible in the face of changes in priorities and strategies that affect your project.
# You use MS Project to keep track of project planning and progress.
# You use Excel for high-level analysis.

The ability to speak English is an asset in order to communicate with suppliers, customers and colleagues who are located outside the Province of Quebec.
