WHAT’S ON OFFER As a Product Designer reporting to the Manager of Product Design , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our pharma sales call planning experience. You’ll design intuitive, data-driven workflows that give Sales reps the clarity and confidence to make smarter, faster decisions when engaging with HCPs—driving real impact where it matters most. Deep understanding of human-centered AI design principles, including trust and explainability. A critical thinker who brings a human perspective to analytical problem-solving, facilitating discussions and navigating ambiguity to arrive at thoughtful, user-centered design solutions. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidate’s unique skill set, specialized experience, and relevant certifications. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment.
