Airswift is seeking a Supplier Manager Coordinator to work with one of our clients in the oil and gas industry in Calgary, AB on a 12-month contract.This multifaceted position involves analysing, creating, and managing supplier profiles. Additionally, they provide technical support and training to the local supply chain community, internal stakeholders, and suppliers. The role is instrumental in maintaining efficient supplier relationships and ensuring accurate supplier data. Detailed Analysis: Conducts thorough analysis of Supplier Registration Forms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Manages Change: Responsible for supplier profile change requests, validating the data and expediting the process.Systems Management: Issue Resolution: Proactively resolves technical or operational issues related to the ERP tools.Provides continuous communication to Supply Chain and stakeholders on issue resolutions, enhancements and future releases impacting their daily operations. Training: Alignment with Supply Chain to customize supplier training plan based on ERP transactions. Provide ERP P2P training to suppliers as part of their onboarding process. Training COP users in mastering the features and functions of the ERP tools. Maintain and updates Canada training materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Ongoing Supplier Monitoring:Coordination with Corporate: Liaises with Global team for monitoring and periodic re-vetting of critical suppliers and security verification of existing suppliers.Identifies areas for enhancement and improvement within the supplier monitoring process Global Connection and Consistency:Represents the Canada Business Unit in meetings with GEP to discuss specific business process improvement cases and root cause analyses.Enhancement Evaluation: Serves as the Business Unit spokesperson for managing enhancement opportunities and evaluating out-of-the-box functionality.
