As our Regulatory Compliance Program Director, you will be a crucial part of the continuous evolution, monitoring and success of our regulatory compliance program. As a core member of the Trust & Safety team, you will work in partnership with our corporate governance group in addition to many other stakeholders to ensure we are consistently monitoring the ever-changing landscape of compliance and adjusting accordingly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Program Management:
    • Develop comprehensive plans for programs from initiation to completion, incorporating deadlines, milestones, and necessary processes.
    • Ensure that programs are well-structured, can be effectively implemented and that the plans align with organizational strategies and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure that project operations comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and internal processes.
    • Design, direct, implement, and disseminate objectives and operational strategies to achieve compliance goals.
    • Coordinate closure and handoff, ensuring process is created for ongoing monitoring post-completion, including key markers and triggers to re-open programs where applicable.
  • Program Operations and Monitoring:
    • Develop and process evaluation toolkits and indicators to measure the performance of programs. Continuously monitor to assess the effectiveness of the programs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Oversee the overall operation of the programs to ensure they meet regulatory compliance standards.
    • Stay updated on changes in regulations and make necessary adjustments to programs to maintain compliance.
    • Bridge any gaps in requirements with applicable stakeholders to ensure rapid resolution and to keep implementation teams progressing effectively.
  • Innovation & Efficiency:
    • Develop innovative work systems and processes to simplify the operations of existing programs, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, record, and analyze project data to assess program performance.
    • Develop and implement methodology to estimate program cost to deployment and monitoring.
    • Develop insightful reports for top management, providing information on compliance status, achievements, and areas for improvement.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

  • Bachelors Degree in business administration, program/project management or another relevant field
  • 10+ years project management experience
  • Proven success leading a team
  • Proven success delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • PMP certification.
  • Excellent business acumen and management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing project budgets, timelines and providing thorough risk assessments.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and various project management tools.
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills.
  • Ability to set clear expectations, manage team performance and KPIs.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in multi-national organization.
  • Experience managing remote employees in various time zones.
  • Solid experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in the IT environment.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluencefor project management.
