ADMINISTRATEUR PRINCIPAL - SYSTÈMES DE STOCKAGE

PRINCIPALES EXIGENCES:

DESCRIPTIONS DU POSTE, RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS:

1- Recommander et/ou implanter des améliorations (mises à jour logicielles et matérielles) en vue d’optimiser la performance et la fiabilité des systèmes.

2- Être responsable des activités quotidiennes selon les SLA de l’entreprise, des mises à niveau et de l’entretien prévu.

3- Participer à l’intégration et à l’implémentation des solutions techniques.

4- Diagnostiquer les problèmes, évaluer le temps de résolution, les régler en ordre de priorités et s’assurer qu’ils sont résolus à la satisfaction du client.

5- Rédiger et/ou mettre à jour la documentation relative aux procédures d’opération et à la configuration des systèmes.

6- Planifier, participer et/ou assister à l’installation des différents systèmes et à leur maintenance.

7- Gérer les normes de sécurité établies pour les différentes technologies.

8- Assurer le suivi des billets d’incidents et de problèmes, faire le suivi des problèmes existants, les analyser, rechercher les solutions et apporter les correctifs appropriés

9- Procéder à la configuration ainsi qu’aux demandes de modifications et d’ajouts.

10- Produire les rapports d’analyse et d’entretien des équipements et maintenir à jour tous les outils reliés à

celui-ci.

En perfectionnement, l’administrateur principal :

- Développe une connaissance générale de la technologie et des impacts sur d’autres secteurs

- Développe son autonomie dans la réalisation des tâches courantes, et des instructions précises dans le cas de nouveaux projets ou mandats

- Use de jugement dans l’application de normes et procédures pour résoudre des problèmes modérément complexes

- Apprend à effectuer des analyses plus poussées, tenant compte d’une multitude de facteurs et paramètres

Évalue plusieurs approches, méthodes et outils pour identifier les meilleures options

- Planifie, dresse des échéanciers et coordonne les phases de travaux d’envergure

- Participe à des projets corporatifs.

- Coaching des administrateurs moins expérimentés
