Business group: Operational Risk Program
• Client is enhancing its operational resilience capabilities within the Enterprise Operational Risk function and is looking to add a Business Analyst to support the deployment and rollout of the Salesforce-based technology solution, Fusion Risk Management.
• Project: To support the deployment and roll-out of the Salesforce-based technology solution, Fusion Risk Management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a highly visible project, opening up doors of opportunities within the organization.
Gathering business requirements and transforming them into technical requirements.
• Providing support in testing and validation to ensure that system’s configurations meet the business requirements.
• Developing Business Requirements Documents and other requirements related documentation as applicable.
• Providing oversight on the project from the technology perspective.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and needs related to Salesforce solution implementation and enhancements and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the original business requirements.
• Work closely with the technology team to ensure successful implementation of the Salesforce solution.
• Lead the development and delivery of strategic and operational solutions to fulfill business requirements, objectives, and needs.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
• Provide reporting on the milestones progress and identify areas at risk.
• Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations in accordance with client’s Values and its Code of Conduct, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions, and conduct risk.
8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role, preferably in Salesforce solution implementation projects.
• 5+ years of In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Experience with Fusion Risk Management is an asset.
• Familiarity or experience with regulatory requirements related to Operational Resilience (e.g., OSFI E-21) is considered a strong asset.
• 5+ Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
• 5+ Experience with UAT with subsequent collaboration with stakeholders is desired.
• Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder is a plus.
• Experience with MS Power BI is a strong asset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce systems and experience in analyzing business processes, requirements gathering, and implementing solutions.
• The best candidate will translate technical requirements to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
